My name is Kory George. I became a member of the greatest fraternity in the land, known as Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., Spring 2000 at Bethune Cookman University with 3 other brothers, the late Amen Kyle Hills, Ricardo Pierre-Louis, and Dwayne Cook. Together we were "MWANZO" and "Quiet Storm".
I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ and I look to Him for help and guidance. My philosophy in life is to treat others the way I want to be treated and to live, laugh, and love. Life is too short. Jamal was born in Queens, NY and grew up in Tampa, FL. He graduated
from The University of Tampa with a degree in Sports Management in
2006.
He also serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves. He has
deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where
he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
He is also an avid sports fan and writer. Jamal is a writer for
Progressive Greek Magazine and the Tampa Bay Rays Featured Columnist
for BleacherReport.com and East Coast Baseball Magazine.
